Tony Spencer (Lead Pastor)
Tony joined the team in August 2011 after 11 years of ministry at North Beach Baptist. He is married to Michelle and they have four children aged between 10 and 16 yrs. Tony has a passion to see people discovering God’s great love in Jesus Christ and together, living lives of worship in response. He has a love for the church and passion to see a vibrant community of people who are continually amazed by God’s grace. He is a West Wing fan, a West Coast fan and enjoys sharing a meal with family or friends.

 Craig Willis-Jones (Associate Pastor)
Since late 2009 Craig has been in an Interim role after returning from the mission field in Africa. Craig is married to Talitha and they have a son. They are considering returning to Africa to minister amongst the people. Craig has a trade behind him, he worked as the Youth Field Worker for the Bible Society for a number of years and also studied at Trinity Theological College. Craig has a clear passion for communicating God’s Word, for biblical discipleship and leadership that empowers people to use their God given gifts and skills.

Ian Hewson (Pastoral Assistant)
Since early 2009 Ian has taken on the role as Pastoral Assistant to the Pastors. This involves anything from pastoral visiting to meetings and organising church family social activities. Ian and his wife Stacey have four children aged 10 down to 2 with the eldest three going to school. Ian has a farming background and on selling the farm moved to Perth to study at Trinity Theological College. Ian has a real passion for evangelism and nothing excites him more than being able to share his faith with others who are searching.
